I will admit that this recipe did not sound appealing to me, not sure why I like each of the ingredients but not sure of them mixed together. This was a very decident, savory breakfast but oh my oh so good. Kendra and I are enjoying testing all of these recipes and so far so good!! mmm good!! Kendra's response this morning, thumbs up and mmmmm.
Well the spinach would have turned me off for sure. It is interesting looking. Thumbs up? Ok I'll take your word for it. :)
